MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 01 FEBRUARY 2016 AT REAL ADVENTURES OFFICE PARYS 1. Opening and welcoming: Christo Meyer did the opening and welcoming of the meeting held on 01 February 2016 11:00 at R.E.A.L adventures office in Parys. 2. Attendance and apologies: Bennie Pretorius, Christo Meyer, Ruan Ferreira, Hugh du Preez attended the meeting. Apologies from Samuel Seleke, Ester Ndweni and Carl Cilliers 2.1 The association will give an amount of R5000.00 for the attendance of the International Tourist guides day to cover costs of transport and accommodation. 2.2 Ria must follow up on Facebook page, website, email address and year statements. 2.3 Ria must call Registrator of North West for the guide badges and to arrange an ‘event’ with Jeff Mabungu as a guest speaker to hand out the certificates and badges.
